We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Email us at hello@koshatakinexim.in with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with pickup instructions. Returns are free for defective items.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Money is credited to your original payment method or as store credit.

Absolutely! We encourage exchanges. Simply contact us for a size, color, or style exchange within 30 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

We accept: Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Net Banking, and EMI options via Razorpay. All online payments are 256-bit SSL encrypted.

Yes, COD is available on all orders across India. Please note that COD orders above ₹5,000 require a small advance payment of ₹500 (refundable).

Yes! EMI is available on orders above ₹3,000 via select HDFC, ICICI, SBI, and Axis Bank credit cards. No-cost EMI for 3 months on orders above ₹4,999.

We use premium full-grain leather for our flagship collection and top-grain genuine leather for our everyday range. Both are sourced from certified tanneries that follow ethical practices.

Yes! We offer monogramming and color customization on select styles. Contact us at hello@koshatakinexim.in with your requirements. Custom orders take 3–4 weeks and start from ₹5,000.

Every Koshatakin Exim bag arrives in a premium gift box with: the leather bag, a dust bag, a leather conditioning card, care instructions, and a handwritten thank-you note from our team.

Use a soft, dry cloth for regular cleaning. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth and a specialized leather cleaner. Apply a leather conditioner every 3–4 months. Keep away from direct heat and sunlight.

Our full-grain leather is naturally water-resistant and develops a beautiful patina over time. However, we recommend treating your bag with a leather protector spray for extra waterproofing, especially during monsoon season.

Yes! All Koshatakin Exim Bags come with a 5-year craft guarantee covering manufacturing defects. We also offer paid restoration services for older bags.
