We take great pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.

• Authenticity: All our bags are handcrafted using premium full-grain and vegetable-tanned leathers. Because leather is a natural material, slight variations in color and texture are normal and add to the unique character of the bag.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR/₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and process a full refund.

4. Payments and Billing

• We accept major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and select digital wallets.
• By submitting payment details, you warrant that you are legally authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Free Shipping: We offer Free Pan-India shipping on all orders valued above ₹2,000.
• Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. While we strive to meet these estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the courier carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Guarantees

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship.

• 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unblemished, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• 5-Year Craft Guarantee: We offer a 5-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects, stitching issues, and hardware failures. This does not cover normal wear and tear, intentional damage, or misuse.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days as per RBI banking guidelines. We do not charge cancellation fees if the order is canceled before dispatch.
